I will put British Transport Police on the ticket gates and plain clothes officers across the network. Dodge your fare and you will be arrested.
Cut VAT for gyms and breweries
I will give gym members their VAT back to support men's mental health, and cut VAT for the independent brewers behind London's nightlife.
A 30-page London Plan
Khan's London Plan runs to more than 500 pages. Mine will be no more than 30, and it will get London building again.
